In this project, my collaborators and I looked at how personality assessments predict leadership for South and East Asian women and men. We also looked how this may be impacted by stereotypes that others may have for South and East Asians. This work was conducted on undergraduate students working on a group project for employers. We presented this work at the annual conference for Society for Personality and Social Psychology.
