My name is Joe and I am mixed-methods researcher with 7+ years of experience in transforming data into insights.

I use both quantitative (e.g., experiments) and qualitative research methods (e.g., semi-structure interviews) to find meangingful solutions to a wide variety of problems (e.g., how to increase student engagement via problem-based learning activities).

I have experience with experimental design, survey, A/B testing (traditional and adaptive), multivariate statistical analyses, data visualization and programming. I have given lectures for courses at the University of Toronto and my research has been presented at 10+ academic conferences (e.g., Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology).

A selection of work done between 2016-2024 can be found here. Full resume here.

I also do digital art for fun.
