In this project, my collaborators and I examined how and why students would engage in incivil behaviours. We created a theoretical model that looks at the different factors, such as how the ethnicity and gender of the professor might increase the likelihood that students engage in uncivil behaviour in the classroom. In addition to the poster below (which we presented at the Canadian Psychological Association annual conference), this work served as the basis for a presentation at the Society of Industrial/Organization Psychology.
